Alectinib (marketed under the name Alecensa) is a drug that works by blocking the activity of anaplastic lymphoma kinase that is consumed orally drug and is used in the treatment of non-small-cell of lung cancer (NSCLC).
Side Effects of Alectinib:

- Constipation.
- Nausea.
- Vomiting.
- Diarrhea.
- Swelling ankles/feet/hands.
- Back pain.
- Headache.
- Weight gain.
- Vision changes (blurred vision, decreased vision).
