What is Rozlytrek?

Rozlytrek (entrectinib) is used in adults to treat lung cancer(non-small cell lung cancer) which is spreading or spread in other body parts(metastatic).

Uses of Rozlytrek (entrectinib)

Rozlytrek is also used to treat:

• solid tumors that cannot be safely removed with surgery.
• when other treatments have failed or are not safe options.
• Lung Cancer.

Side effects of Rozlytrek (entrectinib)

• Nausea.
• Vomiting.
• Tiredness.
• Constipation.
• Dizziness.
• Drowsiness.
• Sleep problems.
• Headache.
• Diarrhea.
• Muscle/joint pain.
• Changes in sense of touch.
• Changes in how food tastes may occur.

Precautions

• Before taking entrectinib make sure you are not allergic.
• Discuss your medical history like Kidney or liver problems or vision problems or heart problems before taking entrectinib with your doctor.
• entrectinib may affect heart rhythm needs immediate attention.
• Make sure no other infections as entrectinib may worsen the condition.
• Not recommended in pregnancies.
